Mpo121 Terms and Conditions — Platform User Guidelines

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mpo121 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services provided by mpo121 ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs automatically when you: register a new account at mpo121, log in to an existing account, make a deposit or withdrawal, use any game or service on the Platform, or simply browse the mpo121 website. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use mpo121 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Mpo121 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to ensure member eligibility is maintained. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mpo121. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any available funds. Account registration conditions are as follows:

• All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Your username and password are your sole responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including those carried out by any third party using your login credentials.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required before you can make a withdrawal. Required documents include your identification card, proof of address, and others.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mpo121 supports a wide range of payment methods to facilitate your transactions, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit: All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance within seconds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. mpo121 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, payment service providers may apply their own charges.
• KYC Verification: Your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain limit may require identity verification. Please provide the requested documents within 48 hours to avoid delays.
• Unclaimed Funds: Funds in accounts that have been inactive for the specified period may be subject to mpo121's unclaimed funds policy.
• Money laundering: mpo121 is obligated to report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Any attempt at money laundering will result in immediate account freezing and legal action.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Mpo121 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer. The following applies to all mpo121 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any portion of bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Mpo121 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit wins generated from bonuses if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, and may not be used by another account.

06 Game Rules

All games available at mpo121 are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective software providers. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. The general game rules are as follows:

• Each game has its own rules, payout rate (RTP), and betting limits as stated within the game interface.
• Winnings resulting from technical errors or system malfunctions will not be validated and will not be paid out.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any unauthorized method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

07 User Conduct

• Spreading false, misleading, or reputation-damaging information about mpo121 or its users.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the normal functioning of the Platform.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards or bank accounts.

08 Account Security

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between you and mpo121. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication (2FA) system to protect your account. However, you are also required to take the following steps:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. Change your password regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an added layer of protection.

• Log out of your account each time you finish using the Platform, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

Mpo121 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

09 Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the mpo121 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of mpo121 or its content providers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the explicit written consent of mpo121.
• The trade name, trademarks, and logo of mpo121 may not be used in any context without written permission.
• Any content you upload or share on the Platform grants mpo121 a limited license to use that content for service operation purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mpo121 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including:

• Loss of funds due to technical disruptions or errors beyond mpo121's control.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
• Gaming losses incurred during internet connection disruptions or user device failures.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

The maximum liability of mpo121 to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11 Account Termination

Either you or mpo121 may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email. mpo121 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Mpo121 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You failed to complete KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• A directive has been issued by a legal authority or regulator.

Following account termination, any valid remaining balance (not subject to investigation or freezing) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your last deposit, subject to the settlement of all outstanding bonuses.

12 Terms Amendment

Mpo121 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. We will endeavor to notify you of significant changes via a notice on the Platform or your registered email. Continued use of the Platform after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reduced to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.
